    Hal Lucas, 52, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 6900 block of Fort Riley Boulevard in Ogden on June 8, 2019, at approximately 1:26 AM. Lucas was arrested on offenses of flee or attempt to elude, interference with LEO, possession of paraphernalia, driving while suspended, and possession of methamphetamine. Lucas was issued a $20,000.00 bond causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Kevin Hayes, 36, of Topeka, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on June 7, 2019 at approximately 5:40 PM. Hayes was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Hayes was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated assault in the 400 block of Fremont St. in Manhattan on June 10, 2019 at approximately 8:30 PM. Officers listed Todd McDonald, 38, of Manhattan as the victim when a known female suspect threatened him with a knife.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated battery in the 2200 block of Claflin Rd. in Manhattan on June 9, 2019 at approximately 2:00 AM. Officers listed Elizabeth King, 18, of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported a known female suspect pushed the victim causing injury.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 300 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan on June 9, 2019 at approximately 2:30 PM. Officers listed Best Buy as the victim when it was reported two unknown suspects took a Macbook Pro and an iPad from the business. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,182.00.

    Brendon Williams, 21, of Junction City, was arrested while in the 200 block of E 9th St. in Junction City on June 9, 2019, at approximately 7:51 PM. Williams was arrested on offenses of aggravated assault and criminal damage to property. Williams was issued a total bond of $10,000.00. Williams was not confined at the time of this report.
