Neal Brown on why he has been so well received by WV fans: “I think it is because we are undefeated…a lot of relatability being from Kentucky"

    — Mason Voth (@TheRealMasonV) July 16, 2019

“I think it is very important to play natural rivals” mentioning Pitt and Virginia Tech as important games for his team to have on the schedule. West Virginia will play 11 power 5 opponents this season.

    — Mason Voth (@TheRealMasonV) July 16, 2019

West Virginia is one of only four teams in college football playing 11 P5 opponents this year.

Neal Brown: We are going to be creative in how we build our roster

    — Mason Voth (@TheRealMasonV) July 16, 2019

Neal Brown took a piece of paper to the podium with him, referenced it early. Still came off better with looking at notes than Les Miles and kept his train of thought going pretty strong. Also the printer paper came off better than the little book.

Chris Klieman at the podium right now. He says he wants to be able to show the K-State brand off. Stressing that fans want to know what's going on with the program and coaches, etc and he likes being able to put that out there on social media.

    — John Kurtz (@jlkurtz) July 16, 2019

On why he has entered the good graces of K-State fans now: “they’ve done a good job of getting our brand out on social media, the fans want to know what is going on with the coaches and the players…I think [fans]really appreciate it"

    — Mason Voth (@TheRealMasonV) July 16, 2019

Klieman on recruiting QBs to K-State after he put Easton Stick and Carson Wentz into the NFL:

"Why wouldn't you want to come play in this system?"

    — John Kurtz (@jlkurtz) July 16, 2019

In response to a question about how to get 4 and 5 star guys to K-State https://t.co/ud6CptZNWO

    — Mason Voth (@TheRealMasonV) July 16, 2019

“It’s (defensive line) definitely one of the strengths…I made an effort to try and have some one on one conversations with those guys. If you are going to be successful it starts up front, whether that is on the defensive line or offensive line"

    — Mason Voth (@TheRealMasonV) July 16, 2019

“I am excited to have Skylar Thompson…I was excited when I got to meet him and to be a part of his life and coach him"

    — Mason Voth (@TheRealMasonV) July 16, 2019

More from Coach Klieman can be heard on the Tuesday episode of The Game from 4:00-6:00 on News Radio KMAN. Throughout the show, Wyatt Hubert, Reggie Walker, Dalton Schoen, Denzel Goolsby and Gene Taylor will also make appearances.
