Officers listed Mobile Revive as the victim when it was reported a known male suspect took multiple iPhones. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,157.00. Matthew Gooden, 25, was arrested in connection on an offense of theft. Gooden was issued a total bond of $2,000.00. Gooden was not confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for aggravated assault, attempted aggravated battery, and criminal use of explosives in the 400 block of Clydesdale Dr. in Ogden on December 19, 2019, at approximately 3:10 PM. Officers listed a 16-year-old male as the victim when he reported a known male suspect attempted to use body spray and a lighter on him. Armando Velazquez, 16, of Ogden, was arrested in connection on offenses of criminal use of explosives and attempted aggravated battery.
