Officers filed a report for fraud in the 600 block of Humboldt St. in Manhattan on May 18, 2020, at approximately 2:00 PM. Officers listed Knopp and Bannister Attorneys Office as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect fraudulently forged a signature on business checks and cashed them.
