Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property and theft in the 1800 block of College Ave in Manhattan on July 15, 2020, at approximately 3:08 PM. Officers listed a 29-year-old female and a 30-year-old male as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged their 2008 Ford Expedition and took their catalytic converter.
