Officers filed a report for aggravated battery in the 1000 block of Leavenworth St in Manhattan on August 29, 2020, at approximately 3:53 am. Officers listed a 21-year-old male as the victim when it was reported a 19-year-old male hit him with a hammer. Miguel Gerber, 19 of Manhattan was arrested in connection on the offense of aggravated battery, at approximately 4:18 am. Gerber was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for theft in the 900 block of Bluemont Ave in Manhattan on August 29, 2020, at approximately 11:50 am. Officers listed a 24-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took his Milwaukee toolbox and hand tools.
