    Purple PAWS planning Beer, Bands, and Barks fundraiser

    For the first time in months a live music event is taking place in Manhattan

    The Purple Power Animal Welfare Society is holding its first Beer, Bands and Barks fundraiser to help foster dogs thru their program, complete with live music, beer and some Purple PAWS rescue dogs.

    Susan Clasen joined KMAN’s In Focus Thursday to preview the event.

    While the event is outdoors, Clasen also mentions that social distancing guidelines will be followed.

    It will be held at A&H Farms in Manhattan starting at 5 p.m. September 12th. Tickets are avalible thru the Purple PAWS Facebook page, and all proceeds go to help the organization.
