Officers filed a report for theft in the 5500 block of Skyway Dr. in Manhattan on January 25, 2021, at approximately 11:26 a.m. Officers listed Hertz Rental as the victim when it was reported a 24-year-old male suspect did not return a rental gray 2019 Toyota CHR.
