Friday’s In Focus featured guests from the Riley County Police Department for their monthly update on KMAN.

We were joined by Cpt. Josh Kyle and Communication Center Manager Tyler Siefkes. The duo talked about recent budget presentations by the department to the Law Board, requesting pay adjustments to better recruit and retain employees. Siefkes also talked about changes in dispatch services as technology has changed and support offered to employees that have experienced stressful or traumatic calls.

Monday’s episode of In Focus will include guests from the Sunset Zoo and Manhattan Public Library.
