    K-State Announces Soccer Broadcast Schedule for 2022 Season

    MANHATTAN, Kansas (Kansas State Athletics) – For the seventh straight season, the entirety of Kansas State women’s soccer home schedule will be available via streaming broadcasts. Starting with the home-opener on Thursday, August 18, all 10 home matches for the Wildcats will air on the Big 12 Now on ESPN+ platform, produced by the Emmy Award-winning K-StateHD.TV department.

    Brian Smoller and Oscar Montenegro return for their seventh season as the primary broadcast team for K-State home matches, set to air from Buser Family Park.

    K-State’s 10 matches on Big 12 Now on ESPN+ this season are: Thursday, August 18, at 7 p.m., against Northwestern; Sunday, August 21, at 1 p.m., against Northern Colorado; Sunday, September 4, at 1 p.m., against Purdue; Friday, September 9, at 7 p.m., against Yale; Thursday, September 15, at 7 p.m., against Colorado State; the Big 12 home-opener against Oklahoma State on Sunday, September 25, at 1 p.m., Friday, September 30, at 7 p.m., against TCU; Thursday, October 13, at 7 p.m., against Texas Tech; Sunday, October 16, at 1 p.m., against Oklahoma; and the regular season home finale against Kansas on Friday, October 21, at 7 p.m.

    Big 12 Now on ESPN+ is accessible to subscribers through the ESPN+ tab of the latest version of the ESPN app, on the web, iPhone, iPad, AppleTV(Generation 3 & 4), Android Handset, Roku, Chromecast, FireTV, Xbox, Playstation, Oculus Go and Samsung connected TVs (Tizen). Big 12 Now on ESPN+ is currently available for $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year or can be bundled with Disney+ and Hulu for $13.99 per month and can be canceled at any time. As of Tuesday, August 23, the price of ESPN+ increases to $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year with the bundle price remaining at $13.99.

    In addition to its home matches, streamed broadcasts of K-State’s road matches in 2022 include: Thursday, August 25, at 6:30 p.m., at UTRGV on ESPN+; Sunday, August 28, at 12 p.m., at UTSA on CUSA.TV; Sunday, September 18, at 1 p.m., at South Dakota State on Jackrabbits All-Access. K-State’s Big 12 road matches will all air on Big 12 Now on ESPN+. K-State’s match at Texas on Thursday, October 6, will air on Longhorn Network at 7 p.m.

    Road matches may be added to the broadcast schedule as K-State’s opponents determine their broadcast slates for the upcoming season. For updates, check the K-State soccer schedule at kstatesports.com.

    The Wildcats return 22 letter winners, including 11 of the 12 point scorers from the 2021 season. In addition to the 22 returning letter winners, Kansas State also adds 14 newcomers to the rotation for the 2022 season.
