Riley County Police noted a pair of battery incidents over the weekend in Aggieville that required hospital trips.
Police say a fight Saturday night between a 23-year-old man and a 32-year-old man resulted in the latter being transported to Ascension Via Christi by EMS, after he was found unconscious by officers in front of Tubby’s Bar. No charges were filed by the victim transported to the hospital.
A few hours later, an aggravated battery report was filed in the same area when two 19-year-old men were involved in a fight at Tubby’s. One of the two men was hospitalized with a broken nose and facial fractures. No further information was provided by RCPD.
