Officers filed a report for aggravated indecent liberties with a child in Manhattan on December 15, 2022, around 10:00 a.m. A now 17-year-old male was listed as the victim and a now 54-year-old male known to him was listed as the suspect. Due to the nature of this crime, no further information will be released.
