An investigation is underway after a Manhattan woman reported someone stole her mail, which including prescription pills totaling close to $36,000.
The Riley County Police Department says a report for theft was filed Tuesday in the 2700 block of North Brookglen Circle. The 48-year-old woman says the pills were delivered to her front porch, and apparently intercepted by an unknown suspect. RCPD says the drugs were valued at $35,500.
