Riley County Police are investigating after a body was found outside of the Apartment Towers Wednesday afternoon.
According to a press release from RCPD, officers responded around 3 p.m. Wednesday to 300 N. 5th St. after the body of Rick Stradtner, 45, was found on the roof of the first floor. Stradtner lived on the fourth floor of the apartment building.
RCPD believes no other party was involved. The investigation is ongoing.
