Elizabeth Bennett, 26, of Manhattan was arrested on June 3, 2023, around 1:00 a.m. for driving under the influence, endangering a child, and two counts of aggravated endangering a child after officers were called to 1300 block of Wreath Ave. in Manhattan to the report of a car hitting a parked car. Bennett was found to have children inside her car that had hit the parked car and was intoxicated. Bennett was issued a total bond of $10,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.

These warrants stem from Jones’ failure to appear in court for original charges of violation of the offender registration act, possession of opiate, opium, narcotic, or certain stimulant, and attempted theft.
