    17-year old arrested for illegal possession of a firearm and distribution of drugs

    A 17-year-old man was arrested Tuesday evening for illegally possessing a firearm and illegal distribution of marijuana.

    Julian McQueen of Manhattan was arrested just before 6:30 pm at the intersection of Northfield Road and Mission Avenue.

    Along with the previous charges mentioned, McQueen is also charged with distribution of drug paraphenelia with intent for illegal use.

    McQueen was reportedly processed through the North Central Kansas Juvenile Intake and then released to a parent/guardian.
