A Junction City woman was arrested over the weekend following a report of theft at the Target store in Manhattan.
According to the Monday arrest report, Riley County Police Department officers filed the report around 11:21 am Sunday after a known female suspect took multiple items from the retailer.
29-year-old Shelby Keogh was arrested in connection on probable cause of theft. Keogh was issued a total bond of $2,000 and was no longer confined at the time of the report’s release.
The estimated total loss was approximately $1,223. The items were later recovered.
