A report for criminal deprivation of property was filed Tuesday in Manhattan.
According to RCPD, officers filed the report around 2:44 pm in the 400 block of Fort Riley Boulevard. Officers listed a 23-year-old male as the victim after he reportedly let a known male suspect drive his 2016 red Hyundai Veloster and did not return it.
The estimated total loss was not available at the time of their Wednesday release.
