    Officers filed a report for theft in the 200 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan on July 14, 2023, around 6:45 p.m. A 48-year-old man was listed as the victim when he reported a woman known to him stole his blue 2008 Chevrolet Silverado worth approximately $23,000. The truck was located unharmed by Topeka police on July 15, 2023, around 1:00 p.m. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 1400 block of Flint Hills Pl. in Manhattan on July 16, 2023, around 12:15 p.m. A 65-year-old woman was listed as the victim when she reported a woman known to her stole a gold and tanzanite ring, and black onyx, ruby, opal, and tiger’s eye rings all with gold bands ring worth approximately $2,900. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
