    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 200 block of N. Remmele St. in Riley on July 18, 2023, around 10:15 a.m. after it was reported a door to the women’s bathroom at East Park was damaged. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 100 block of Riley Ave. in Ogden on July 18, 2023, around 10:30 a.m. after an 88-year-old man reported his homemade 12-foot, single-axel boat trailer was stolen. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 3000 block of Anderson Ave. in Manhattan on July 18, 2023, around 11:00 a.m. after it was reported an 18-year-old man’s phone and wallet were stolen, and $1,000 was withdrawn from his bank account. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Michael Smith, 49, of Manhattan was arrested on July 18, 2023, around 1:00 p.m. on his Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. During his arrest, he was found to be in possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and was uncooperative with officers. This led to Smith also being arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of meth, and interference with law enforcement. The warrant stems from an original charge of theft. Smith remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $5,000.

    Ryan Tierney, 19, of Manhattan was arrested on July 18, 2023, around 4:00 p.m. on his Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. This warrant stems from criminal possession of a firearm. Tierney remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $10,000.

    Ronald Haywood, 28, of Manhattan was arrested on July 18, 2023, around 6:00 p.m. on for aggravated violation of offender registration and violation of offender registration. Haywood remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $50,000.
