Two goals in a 37 second span by K-State freshmen Jo Sees and Morgan Struttmann gave the soccer Wildcats a home slate opening 2-0 win over UTSA last night.

The Cats improved to 2-0-1 as Mike Dibbini’s team claimed a win in their home opener for the first time since 2018.

Sees goal was her second of the young season and came on a rebound chance after Reece Walrod’s shot in the 40th minute bounced away from the Roadrunner keeper. Struttmann nailed her first of the year as K-State kept the pressure on the visitors.
