    Manhattan man arrested for sexual assault and aggravated burglary

    RCPD arrested 40-year-old Brandon Cameron for aggravated burglary and sexual assault.

    Officers responded to a 911 call at approximately 11:45 p.m. on August 12. The call came from a 26-year-old woman reporting a burglary in the 1300 block of Flint Hills Place.

    Officers discovered that a sexual assault had occurred during the burglary. Officers investigated, and arrested Cameron at 4:30 a.m. on August 13th.

    Cameron remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a bond of $200,000. Due to the nature of the crime, no further information will be released.
