The president talks about the university’s NextGen K-State Strategic Plan, unveiled Friday and some of the goals of this new initiative.

The president will discuss the outlook for enrollment this fall. While the official numbers won’t be released until later this month by the Board of Regents, Dr. Linton expresses some optimism about where the university currency stands and where those numbers are trending.

In segment 3, President Linton talks about the state of infrastructure, including how K-State is addressing some of its deferred maintenance, how the Edge Collaborative District is starting to come together and future plans with facilities.

In the final segment, President Linton gets candid about his perception of Kansas and the region, including his thoughts on the state of athletics and how realignment will impact colleges
