A Manhattan man was charged early Thursday morning following a domestic dispute in the northwest area of town.
The Riley County Police Department says 20-year-old Alexander Arwine was arrested in the 3300 block of Newbury Street on probable cause offenses of domestic battery, battery on a law enforcement officer and interference. Due to the nature of the crime, no additional information is being released.
Arwine remains jailed on a $19,000 bond.
