The Manhattan High girls’ golf team has work to do today if it’s to win the 6A State title.
Olathe Northwest leads the tournament in Emporia, with Manhattan five strokes back and Shawnee Mission East in third another six back of the lead.
Individually, freshman Maddie Myers is tied for 3rd place at one over par, 72. Kat Ball &Lily Bahr are tied for 11th place, shooting 80’s yesterday at Emporia’s Municipal Golf Course.
At 4A, Wamego’s Addison Douglas is the current leader, while the Red Raiders are in second, 13 strokes back of leader Hayden going into today’s session at Salina’s Municipal course.
