    Officers filed a report for theft and criminal damage to property in the 1100 block of Pioneer Lane in Manhattan on October 19, 2023, around 8:26 AM. Officers listed a 19-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect cut a husky ratchet strap and took a Pulsar 6000 generator. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $525. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report for motor vehicle theft in the 900 block of Bluemont Avenue in Manhattan on October 19, 2023, around 11:28 AM. Officers listed a 53-year-old male as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took his 1998 Ford Taurus. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,500.     Officers filed a report for lewd/lascivious in Manhattan on October 19, 2023 around 12:03 PM. Officers listed a 20-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown male suspect showed himself inappropriately. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the intersection of North 4th Street and Vattier Street in Manhattan on October 19, 2023, around 3:58 PM. When officers arrived on scene they found a 2012 Kia driven by Carla Figueroa, 33, of Manhattan had crashed with a 1999 GMC Jimmy driven by Joyce Todd, 69, of Manhattan. Figueroa was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way. Two passengers in the Kia were transported to Via Christi for treatment of their injuries.

    Officers filed a report for domestic battery and aggravated domestic battery in Manhattan on October 19, 2023, around 11:18 PM. Latorris Franklin, 44, of Manhattan was arrested in connection. Franklin was arrested on probable cause charges of domestic battery, aggravated domestic battery, and driving while license canceled/suspended/revoked. Franklin was issued a total bond of $10,000. Franklin was confined at the time of this report.
