Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 120 block of Fort Riley Boulevard in Manhattan on November 17, 2023, around 9:21 AM. Officers listed the City of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged a window at the train depot. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $900. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Samantha Harris, 38, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 17, 2023, around 9:35 AM. Harris was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for driving while suspended. Harris was issued a total bond of $6,000 and was confined at the time of this report.

Stephen Mattia, 25, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 500 block of South 18th Street in Manhattan on November 17, 2023, around 10:28 PM. Mattia was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for electronic solicitation, indecent solicitation of a child, and promote obscenity. Mattia was issued a total bond of $30,000 and was not confined at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 2500 block of Candle Crest Circle in Manhattan on November 18, 2023, around 10:05 AM. Officers listed a 23-year-old male as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect damaged the front tires on his white 2014 Audi S8. Officers filed a report for aggravated assault and robbery in the 1100 block of Fremont Street in Manhattan on November 19, 2023, around 2:11 AM. Officers listed a 22-year-old male as the victim when it was reported several unknown male suspects pointed a firearm at the victim and took gold jewelry from him. Officers filed a report for aggravated burglary in the 1700 block of Laramie Street in Manhattan on November 19, 2023, around 3:11 AM. Officers listed a 21-year-old female and a 21-year-old male as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect entered their residence, took a brown ceramic monkey, and attempted to take a TV. Officers filed a report for domestic criminal damage to property in Manhattan on November 19, 2023, around 4:09 PM. Officers listed a 61-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a known male suspect damaged her laptop. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $600. Due to the nature of the crime reported (domestic) no additional information will be released.

Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the intersection of Ratone Lane and North Juliette Avenue in Manhattan on November 20, 2023, around 12:18 AM. When officers arrived on scene they found a 2004 silver Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Kelly Ware, 44, of Manhattan had crashed. Ware was transported to Via Christi for treatment of her injuries. After release, Ware was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and theft (x2). The original failure to appear charge was for driving while suspended. Ware was issued a total bond of $4,500 and was confined at the time of this report.

Keith Via Jr. was arrested while in the 1500 block of Oxford Place in Manhattan on November 20, 2023, around 1:40 AM. Via Jr. was arrested on probable cause offenses of domestic battery and criminal restraint. Via Jr. was issued a total bond of $5,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
