Arturo Ramirez, 40, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Road on November 21, 2023, around 1:01 PM. Ramirez was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for DUI, driving while suspended, and resisting arrest. Ramirez was issued a total bond of $6,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
