    Officers filed a report for theft in the 1500 block of Leavenworth Street in Manhattan on November 27, 2023, around 12:25 PM. Officers listed a 35-year-old male as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took multiple tools from his storage shed. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,780. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property and trespass in the 700 block of Bluemont Avenue in Manhattan on November 27, 2023, around 1:35 PM. Officers listed Bluemont Elementary as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect trespassed into the school and broke a window screen and blinds. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $700. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report for theft in the 100 block of Manhattan Town Center in Manhattan on November 27, 2023, around 7:18 PM. Officers listed Dillards as the victim when it was reported unknown suspects took a Michael Koss handbag and other items from the store. The estimated total loss is not currently listed.  Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Caleb Orebaugh, 25, of Wilsey was arrested while near the intersection of Anderson Avenue and Sunset Avenue in Manhattan on November 27, 2023, around 3:47 PM. Orebaugh was arrested on a probable cause offense of criminal restraint. Orebaugh was issued a total bond of $5,000 and was not confined at the time of this report.
