    Officers filed a report for indecent liberties with a child in Manhattan on November 29, 2023 around 8:03 AM. Officers listed a 15-year-old female as the victim and a known 16-year-old as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported no additional information will be released.

    Officers filed a report for theft by deception in the 2400 block of Players Circle in Manhattan on November 29, 2023, around 2:22 PM. Officers listed a 73-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect scammed him out of money over the phone and on the computer. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $900. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated assault LEO, criminal damage to property, and interference in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Road in Manhattan on November 29, 2023, around 10:37 PM. Officers listed a 23-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a known female suspect was hitting a door with a bat. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,000. A 40-year-old male and a 24-year-old male were listed as the victims in the aggravated assault on LEO and interference with LEO. Deborah Cobler, 34, of Manhattan was arrested in connection on probable cause offenses of aggravated assault of LEO, Interference with LEO, and criminal damage to property. Cobler was issued a total bond of $20,000 and was confined at the time of this report.

    Amanda Defulvio, 32, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1000 block of Westloop Plaza in Manhattan on November 29, 2023, around 10:02 PM. Defulvio was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for theft. Defulvio was issued no bond and was confined at the time of this report.

    Robert Olp, 18, of Hiawatha, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 29, 2023, around 2:20 PM. Olp was arrested on a Brown County District Court warrant for possession of opiate, opium, narcotic, or certain stimulant and criminal damage to property (x2). Brown was issued no bond and was confined at the time of this report.
