Officers filed a report for aggravated assault LEO, criminal damage to property, and interference in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Road in Manhattan on November 29, 2023, around 10:37 PM. Officers listed a 23-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a known female suspect was hitting a door with a bat. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,000. A 40-year-old male and a 24-year-old male were listed as the victims in the aggravated assault on LEO and interference with LEO. Deborah Cobler, 34, of Manhattan was arrested in connection on probable cause offenses of aggravated assault of LEO, Interference with LEO, and criminal damage to property. Cobler was issued a total bond of $20,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
Amanda Defulvio, 32, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1000 block of Westloop Plaza in Manhattan on November 29, 2023, around 10:02 PM. Defulvio was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for theft. Defulvio was issued no bond and was confined at the time of this report.
Robert Olp, 18, of Hiawatha, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 29, 2023, around 2:20 PM. Olp was arrested on a Brown County District Court warrant for possession of opiate, opium, narcotic, or certain stimulant and criminal damage to property (x2).
