Riley County officers responded to a fatal accident on Deep Creek Road on Tuesday night.
According to officers, 33 year old David Collins was killed after his Ford truck left the roadway and hit a ravine just before 8:00 pm in the 800 block of Deep Creek Road.
It is unknown at this time if Collins was wearing a seatbeat or was under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the accident. Family was notified of the accident.
