Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 300 block of Poyntz Avenue in Manhattan on December 13, 2023 around 11:16 AM. Officers listed a 34-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged his 2021 blue Acura. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

Officers filed a report for domestic criminal damage to property in Manhattan on December 13, 2023 around 4:11 PM. Officers listed a 32-year-old male as the victim when he reported a known female suspect damaged his blue 2022 Toyota GR86. The estimated total loss associated with this case is not currently listed but is expected to be over $1,000.  Alicia Dugan was arrested in connection on a probable cause offense of criminal damage to property. Dugan was issued a total bond of $2,000 and was not confined at the time of this report. Due to the nature of the crime reported (domestic) no additional information will be released.

Officers filed a report for theft in the 700 block of Levee Drive in Manhattan on December 13, 2023 around 5:33 PM. Officers listed the Army National Guard and a 21-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect removed a lock from a locker and stole military gear. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,209. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

Melanie Garner, 54, of Ogden, was arrested while in the 200 block of Seventh Street in Ogden  on December 13, 2023 around 11:16 PM. Garner was arrested on probable cause offenses of criminal damage to property, battery on LEO, and assault of LEO. Garner was issued a total bond of $9,000 and was confined at the time of this report.

Dallas Colbert, 18, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 800 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard in Manhattan on December 14, 2023 around 12:20 AM. Colbert was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The original charge was for possession of marijuana. Colbert was issued a total bond of $5,000 and was confined at the time of this report.

Tyler Wilson, 33, of Ogden, was arrested while in the 200 block of Ninth Street on December 13, 2023 around 9:50 PM. Wilson was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The original charge was for domestic battery. Wilson was also arrested for violation of a court order and a Riley County District Court warrant for domestic battery (x2) and criminal damage to property. Wilson was issued a total bond of $17,000 and was confined at the time of this report.

Jack Adams, 21, of Iola, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on December 13, 2023 around 11:20 AM. Adams was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for rape. The crime was reported to have occurred April 2022. Adams was issued a total bond of $75,000 and was confined at the time of this report.

Colter Weeks, 30, of Wamego was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on December 13, 2023 around 9:45 AM. Weeks was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for possession of fentanyl, possession of meth and possession of marijuana. Weeks was issued a total bond of $20,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
