Officers listed two 21-year-old males as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect stole 2 Xbox consoles from the victims. Howard Horton III, 36, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 100 block of North 4th Street in Manhattan on December 15, 2023, around 12:22 PM. Horton III was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for possession of drug paraphernalia and DV battery. Horton III was issued no bond and was confined at the time of this report.
Ann Goetz Jensen, 34, of Topeka, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on December 17, 2023, around 3:50 AM. Jensen was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for forgery (x3), failure to appear, and theft by deception. Jensen was issued a total bond of $5,500 and was confined at the time of this report.
