Arturo Ramirez, 41, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road in Manhattan on January 23, 2024 at approximately 4:53 PM. Ramirez was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for interference with LEO, criminal deprivation of property, domestic battery, intimidation of a witness, and criminal damage to property. Ramirez was issued a total bond of $15,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
