Both Berry and Pixley were transported to the hospital for their injuries. The extent of the injuries to either driver are unknown at this time as are whether any citations were issued.

Jantz was extracted from the vehicle and taken to the hospital for her non-life-threatening injuries.

Etick Smith, 58, of Ogden, was arrested on March 23, 2024, at approximately 3:24 PM on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear.  His original charges were for resisting arrest/obstruction.  Smith was issued a total bond of $20,000 and was not confined at the time of this report.  Due to a clerical error, this arrest did not make it onto the Daily Arrest Report.
