Officers filed a report of animal cruelty in the 6000 block of Tuttle Terrace on April 22, 2024, at approximately 1:29 PM. Vet Med staff reported to officers a cat was brought in that had been shot by an arrow on April 20, 2024 at approximately 9:00 PM. Vet Med aided the feline who has made a recovery and has since been taken to the shelter. The suspect in this matter is unknown. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.
