Riley County Police say a Manhattan retail store is out thousands of dollars in merchandise following a recent theft.
Officers were called out Friday afternoon to Ross Dress for Less after an unknown woman left with about $2,000 worth of unpaid merchandise. A suspect in the case has not yet been determined.
