    Officers filed a report of making false information, forgery, and theft on June 18, 2024, at approximately 1:30 PM in the 2300 block of Anderson Ave.  Officers listed Advena Living as the victim when it was reported a female employee falsified timesheets and forged signatures resulting in false wages being paid in the amount of $7,196.24.

    Officers filed a report of criminal discharge of a firearm on June 18, 2024, at approximately 7:16 PM in the 1900 block of Hunting Ave.  Officers listed society as the victim when it was reported the 33-year-old male subject discharged a firearm inside his residence.

    Officers filed a report of aggravated sexual battery on June 18, 2024, at approximately 11:36 PM in Manhattan. Officers listed a 23-year-old female as the victim. The suspect is a 26-year-old male who is known to the victim. Due to the nature of this report, no other information will be provided.

    Officers filed a report of criminal destruction of property on June 19, 2024, at approximately 4:10 AM in the 200 block of Sarber Lane.  Officers listed a 23-year-old male as the victim when it was reported a witness watched an unknown male subject use a blunt object to cause extensive damage to the victim’s Dodge Challenger. Total loss associated with this report is estimated to exceed $10,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    TJ Grant, 35, of Ogden, was arrested on June 18, 2024, at approximately 11:29 AM in the 100 block of Eighth Street. Grant was arrested on Riley County District Court warrants for criminal trespass, failure to appear x 2, aggravated burglary, violation of a protection order, and interference with an LEO. Total bond was set at $45,000. Grant was confined at the time of this report.

    Brittany Conard, 26, of Ogden, was arrested on June 18, 2024, at approximately 11:41 AM in the 100 block of Eighth Street. Conard was arrested on Riley County District Court warrants for violation of a protection order, aggravated burglary, and criminal trespass. Total bond was set at $15,000. Conard was confined at the time of this report.
