    Repeat offender arrested for attempted burglary

    Riley County Police have arrested a 25-year-old Manhattan man who last month was jailed on of drug offenses and for eluding police.

    Michael Skillern Lewis was arrested Thursday on a warrant for probation violation, for a past charge of attempted residential burglary. Bond was set at $50,000.

    Lewis was already in custody at the time of his arrest and remained in the Riley County Jail.
