    RCPD files two reports for theft; destruction of property

    RCPD filed two reports for theft on Monday.

    Officers filed a report of motor vehicle theft in the 300 block of Manhattan Ave just after 7:30 am. Officers listed a 19-year-old female as the victim when it was reported her 2007 brown Ford Edge was stolen by an unknown suspect. Total loss associated with this report is around $7,000.

    Officers then filed a report of theft in the 5500 block of Stone Crest Ct. just after 11:45 am. Officers listed Manhattan Area Housing Partners as the victim when it was reported a 6X12′ trailer was stolen from the property by an unknown suspect. Total estimated loss associated with this report is $2,000.

    Officers also filed a report of criminal destruction of property in the 1900 block of Platt Street just before 9:45 am. Officers listed Alpha Gamma Rho as the victim when it was reported a window at the property had been pried open by an unknown suspect. Total loss associated with this report is approximately $2,000.
