A Denver man who had been previously arrested this week is back behind bars following his arrest for aggravated assault.

Lingle, who had already been arrested on Thursday morning for making threats towards an individual, was arrested again by RCPD on Friday afternoon just after 2 p.m. in the 600 block of S. Delaware Avenue.

Lingle has been charged with one count of aggravated assault with the use of a deadly weapon. Lingle reportedly threatened a 42-year-old male with a hammer. RCPD public information officer Ashley Tokoi reported that the arrest was unrelated to the arrest from Thursday.

Officers booked Lingle into jail on a bond of $50,000 and he remains confined as of Saturday afternoon.
