    Turnovers make the difference in K-State’s win over Tulane

    After going a full game without forcing a turnover last week, Kansas State needed two to walk away with a 34-27 win over Tulane in New Orleans on Saturday.

    Leading up to Saturday’s game, several Wildcat players on the defensive side expressed disappointment that they had lost the turnover battle in Week 1 and were set on challenging the ball security of the Green Wave later in the week.

    The first half came and went without a turnover from Tulane, and saw the Wildcats head into halftime trailing by two scores.
