RCPD filed a report for theft by deception Wednesday afternoon after a 31-year-old man was falsely issued a lease.
The report was filed just after 3:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of Vattier Street and lists the male as the victim after a subject known to him issued him a lease and then secured a deposit from him falsely.
The total loss associated with this report is $1500.
