Jesse Brewer, 31, of Manhattan, was arrested on January 29, 2025, in the 1300 block of Laramie Street. Brewer faces a range of serious charges, including trafficking contraband into a correctional facility, criminal damage to property, theft of property or services, and domestic battery. In addition, he was charged with possession of opiates, opium, narcotics, or certain stimulants.
His bond has been set at $16,500, and he remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
