A Manhattan woman got herself in trouble with the law after she was arrested for driving under the influence and failed stop at an accident.
Teresa Garcia, 53, of Manhattan, was arrested on Monday evening just prior to 9:30 p.m. in the 700 block of Crestwood Drive.
Garcia was arrested on the probable cause offenses of aggravated battery, DUI, failure to stop at an accident, interference with an law enforcement officer, and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Total bond was set at $6,750. She was not confined at the time of the report.
