    Two separate sex crime arrests made Tuesday in Riley County

    The Riley County Police Department reported that two separate arrests were made Tuesday, for charges of sex crimes.

    41-year-old Lamarques Channel, of Topeka, has been charged with criminal sodomy and rape. The arrest stems from the investigation of an incident that occurred in October 2019. Channel remains jailed on a $150,000 bond.

    22-year-old Mason Dusseault, of Junction City is charged in a Riley County District Court warrant on suspicion of indecent liberties with a child and an aggragated count thereof. Dusseault was released from jail after posting a $50,000 bond.
