A Junction City man is in custody following an incident that led to his arrest on multiple felony charges. The 23-year-old suspect was taken into custody at 1324 Parkside Lane in Junction City on May 30 around 5 p.m. and remains confined at the Riley County Jail with a total bond set at $500,000.
According to the RCPD, the man faces a series of charges stemming from a domestic-related case. Those charges include attempted first-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated domestic battery, and aggravated intimidation of a witness or victim through threats of force or violence. Additional charges include multiple counts of domestic battery, criminal threat, and criminal damage to property valued under $1,000.
