    Anthony Toliver, 35, of Manhattan was arrested on May 12, 2025, at approximately 9:03 a.m. on a probable cause warrant for criminal deprivation of property, two counts of criminal damage to property, robbery, theft of property or services, domestic battery, and intimidation of a witness or victim. Toliver was issued a total bond of $20,000 and remains confined at the time of this report. This warrant was in connection to four separate incidents which occurred on May 14, 2024, August 8, 2024, November 29, 2024, and January 6, 2025.

    Officers filed a report for domestic battery, criminal trespass, and possession of drug paraphernalia in Manhattan on May 12, 2025, at approximately 1:40 p.m. A 27-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported a 28-year-old woman trespassed on his property, battered him and was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Destiny Parnell, 28, of Manhattan was arrested for domestic battery, criminal trespass, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Parnell was issued a total bond of $6,000 and remains confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated domestic battery in Manhattan on May 12, 2025, at approximately 9:15 p.m. A 42-year-old woman was listed as the victim when it was reported a 38-year-old man battered the victim. Richard Taylor Jr, 38, of Manhattan was arrested for aggravated domestic battery. Taylor was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined at the time of this report.
