The Riley County Police Department responded to a series of incidents and made six arrests between May 23 and the early morning of May 24, according to RCPD.

One of the most serious events occurred at 2448 Hobbs Drive in Manhattan, where police responded to a robbery and multiple domestic battery cases. Maria Isabel Aponte, 29, and Carlos James Aponte Rivera, also 29, were both arrested in connection with the incident. Rivera faces multiple charges including robbery, criminal damage to property, domestic battery, and aggravated intimidation of a witness. Aponte was also charged with two counts of domestic battery and property damage.

Elsewhere, officers arrested Travis Taylor Hartman, 32, for disorderly conduct after an altercation near the 1100 block of Moro Street. Kelly Kay Carlson, 23, was taken into custody on a warrant for distributing controlled substances, including heroin and fentanyl, with bond set at $20,000.

Donald Ray Ince, 46, was arrested at American Shaman on North 11th Street and faces several serious drug charges including distributing marijuana in large quantities, trafficking controlled substances in high doses, and unlawfully acquiring proceeds from drug transactions exceeding $500,000.

Amanda Leigh Massoli, 35, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court but was not confined. All others were booked into the Riley County Jail.

The 24-hour period also included reports of an injury accident in Ogden, several battery and property damage cases throughout Manhattan, and multiple drug and trespassing-related offenses.
