    Kelly Carlson, 23, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 23, 2025, at approximately 4:03 p.m. at 1001 S. Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for Distribution of a controlled substance and distribution of heroin/certain stimulants/fentanyl. Carlson was issued a total bond of $20,000 and is still confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    On May 23, 2025, at approximately 09:23 a.m. in the 2400 block of Hobbs Drive, officers filed a report for two counts of domestic battery and criminal damage to property. A 29-year-old male reported that a 29-year-old female had battered him and damaged property belonging to him during a domestic altercation. Maria Aponte, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 23, 2025, at approximately 11:20 a.m. in the 2400 block of Hobbs Drive, for two counts of domestic battery and one count of criminal damage to property. Aponte was issued a total bond of $6,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Amanda Massoli, 35, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 23, 2025, at approximately 11:14 a.m. at 1001 S. Seth Child Road, on a Geary County Court warrant for failure to appear. Massoli was issued a total bond of $25,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    On May 23, 2025, at approximately 09:23 a.m. in the 2400 block of Hobbs Drive, officers filed a report for domestic battery, aggravated intimidation of a witness/victim, criminal damage to property and robbery. A 29-year-old female reported that a 29-year-old male had battered her during a domestic altercation. It was reported that the listed suspect damaged and took property belonging to the victim by force during the incident. Carlos Aponte Rivera, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 23, 2025, at approximately 10:25 a.m. in the 2600 block of Claflin Road, for domestic battery, aggravated intimidation of a witness/victim, criminal damage to property and robbery. Aponte Rivera was issued a total bond of $15,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    On May 23, 2025, at approximately 1:20 p.m. in the 100 block of N. 1st Street, officers filed a report for theft. A 37-year-old male was listed as a suspect for stealing over $1000 in tools and equipment from a business. Robert Leeper, 37, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 24, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m. in the 100 block of N. 1st Street, for theft. Leeper was not issued a bond and was transported to the Pottawatomie County Jail.

    On May 24, 2025, at approximately 5:17 a.m. at 1001 S. Seth Child Road, an officer filed a report for battery of a corrections officer. A 31-year-old male was listed as a suspect for battering a 25-year-old female during the performance of her duties. Evans Agyemang, 31, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 24, 2025, at approximately 6:19 a.m. at 1001 S. Seth Child, for battery of a corrections officer. Agyemang was issued a total bond of $15,000 and is still confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
